DSM International Operations Merges and Transforms into DSM Hyperion Private Limited

Announcement – 7 October 2025

We are pleased to announce that DSM International Operations, previously operating as a proprietorship, is now in the process of being converted into a Private Limited Company.

All existing assets, projects, contracts, payment gateways, international bank accounts, and related financial and operational infrastructure will be transferred to Earthy Oasis OPC Private Limited (CIN: U01619OD2024OPC047176 ). Upon completion of all necessary legal and financial formalities and successful renaming of the company, the new entity shall be known as DSM Hyperion Private Limited (or any other name approved by the Registrar of Companies).

All licenses, Import-Export Code issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, and other statutory registrations and certifications will be reissued or transferred to the Private Limited Company. From the effective date, it shall be deemed that DSM International Operations has been merged into and taken over by the Private Limited Company.

The newly formed Private Limited Company will be headed and managed by Dibyajyoti Sai Mohanty. Since he is a minor, all legal and statutory representation, directorships, and documentation will be maintained in the name of Sonali Mohanty.

Updates to the website, contracts, and other infrastructure will be carried out gradually to ensure a seamless experience and avoid any disruptions for our customers.

Please note that while the legal entity is changing, the DSM brand, operations, and commitments remain unchanged. We thank all our partners, clients and well-wishers for their continued trust and support.
